3. In-person comments are accepted by notifying the City Clerk using a provided Request to Speak Form prior to the start of the Public Comment Period. Public comments shall not exceed three (3) minutes unless otherwise authorized by City Council.

At the conclusion of the regular meeting on January 6, 2026, the City Council will adjourned/ continue this regular meeting to 8:00 a.m. on January 13, 2026, in accordance with the Brown Act including, but not limited to, Government Code Section 54955. The location of the adjourned regular meeting will be 550 E. Sixth Street, Beaumont, CA except when the City Council adjourns to Closed Session. When the City Council adjourns to Closed Session on January 13, 2026, the Closed Session location will be the Holiday Inn Express, 1864 Oak Valley Village Circle, Beaumont, CA. A notice of this adjournment will be posted within 24 hours of the adjournment, at or near the door of the City Council Chambers located at 550 Sixth Street, Beaumont, CA. The adjourned regular meeting on January 13, 2026, will be a regular meeting for all purposes and an agenda will be posted in accordance with the Brown Act, including, but not limited to Government Code Section 54954.2.
